My name is Geoffrey Corfield and 5 years ago, I created the CallToolBox concept. The company specialises in software solutions. Usually they are
telephone-biased providing software to enhance the features and functions of a PBX, but they can be anything.If we rank the application sets by popularity then voice recording and CTI soft phones and screen-popping account for a large proportion of sales but more recently with the increase of IP handsets, XML phone applications are starting to become popular. We not only specialise in telephony but we are also Alcatel-Lucent exclusive. This
means that whatever software you see on this site, you can be assured that it works
with the OmniPCX Office and Enterprise, and the ECS and BiCS appliances. Our major
vendor is Amigo Software whose products fall into 3 categories. The first is CTI
and XML applications with a whole range of Popping, Messaging and Dailing software.
The second category is Voice Recorders; these span both Windows and Linux and IP
to TDM. Lastly we have a range of vertical market applications; some as finished
products and others as proofs of concept. Designing proofs of concept for customers
is a very important part of our business and of Alcatel-Lucent partners getting
a deal since this is a low cost option that enables customers to see the functionality
in action before having it built as the real deal. |
WE OFFER BESPOKE SOFTWARE SERVICES
How many times have you heard a customer say “I would buy your PBX system if only it did X,Y and Z.” Well that’s what we do - the X, Y and Z. We have created a portal where you can go and submit a brief. You need to tell us what you want to do and on which PBX and we will come back to you with one round of questions and a quote within 7 working days guaranteed. This is not available, however, to the general public and you would need to register to get a username and password. This will ensure that you are a Telecom’s Reseller.
